Welcome
Hello, We are glad you're here. We provide compassionate clinical counseling for children, teens, and adults. We also provide debriefing, counseling, and resources for global workers and families with TCKs.
We believe that people heal and grow through connection, and through compassionate connection we help clients move through the stuck places in life. We offer counseling for a variety of needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, stress, burnout, grief, relational issues and transitions. We also offer counseling for those who may find themselves struggling without knowing why and for clients who desire for more connection and purpose in their lives. Our approach is client-centered, attachment-focused, trauma-informed and experiential. We use a variety of creative, somatic, and narrative interventions to meet the needs of each client. With children, we use play therapy and artistic interventions to help children process, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience.
